No. The figure is provided as a DIY brick set.

You will assemble it yourself using the included instructions, which are clear and easy to follow.

Each set comes with individual brick bags, and each bag includes a QR code.

Simply scan the QR code with your phone to access the step-by-step building instructions.

The instructions are clear, simple, and easy to follow, making the assembly process quick and enjoyable.

You will usually receive your package within 7–14 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with the tracking information.

You can use this information to monitor the delivery status of your package at any time.

Please note that delivery times may be extended during holidays or peak seasons.

If design adjustments are required, the delivery time may also be extended accordingly.

Errors may occasionally occur during packing. If this happens, please contact us through the Contact Us page and let us know which step in the instructions is missing pieces.

We will arrange a free replacement for the missing parts.

Due to the nature of personalized customization, we use brick-based construction and laser engraving techniques, which means it is not possible to recreate every detail 100%.

Certain elements, especially brick colors and fine details, may vary due to material and technical limitations.

If a pre-production preview is not requested, production will begin automatically after the order is placed.

We will review each custom order before shipping to ensure the design and quality meet our standards.

Once production has started, changes or previews may no longer be available.

Available skin tones and colors are limited by the bricks we have in stock.

Due to material limitations, not all skin tones or colors can be perfectly matched.
