What is the return policy?

Full refund before design begins.
Partial refund after design starts. (A $8 design fee will be deducted from the refund.)
No refunds once production begins.

How can I get the building instructions?

Each set comes with individual brick bags, and each bag includes a QR code.

Simply scan the QR code with your phone to access the step-by-step building instructions.

The instructions are clear, simple, and easy to follow, making the assembly process quick and enjoyable.

When will I get my order? How can I track my order?

You will usually receive your package within 7–14 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with the tracking information.

You can use this information to monitor the delivery status of your package at any time.

Please note that delivery times may be extended during holidays or peak seasons.

If design adjustments are required, the delivery time may also be extended accordingly.

Can I request a pre-production preview?

Pre-production previews are available.

If you would like a pre-production preview, please contact us through the Contact Us page after placing your order,please provide the Order Number.

We will provide the preview image within 48 hours, and you will have one free revision included.

Some pieces are missing from my brick set. What should I do?

If any parts are missing, please contact us through the Contact Us page and let us know which step in the instructions is missing pieces.

We will arrange a free replacement for the missing parts.

Can all details be recreated 100%?

Due to the nature of personalized customization, we use brick-based construction and laser engraving techniques, which means it is not possible to recreate every detail 100%.

Certain elements, especially brick colors and fine details, may vary due to material and technical limitations.
